ATTENTION RETAIL/SERVICE VENDORS
Dear SFPC Toys in the Sun Run Participant:
This is your ONLINE application for a vendor space at this year’s Toy Run.
We do not provide tents, tables or electricity. There is an evening portion to this event, therefore, you will need to provide your own lighting, which includes a QUIET generator if need be. There are NUMEROUS and reasonably priced, battery operated, LED options out there if you do not have a generator. Receipt of your payment for the amount indicated below will hold that size space. If you require a space larger than what is listed below, please contact complete the registration below, but do not pay and a representative will reach out to you directly to finalize.
SIZE PRICE INCLUDES:
10 X 10 = $150 2 Vendor Parking Passes/3 Vendor Wristbands
10 X 20 = $200 2 Vendor Parking Passes/4 Vendor Wristbands
10 X 30 = $250 3 Vendor Parking Passes/5 Vendor Wristbands
10 X 40 = $300 4 Vendor Parking Passes/6 Vendor Wristbands
20 x 20 = $300 3 Vendor Parking Passes/5 Vendor Wristbands
20 X 30 = $350 4 Vendor Parking Passes/6 Vendor Wristbands
Check-in/set up will begin on Thursday, December 5th from 12 noon until 6pm, and Friday, December 6th from 9am until 6pm. Vendor location will be determined at check-in. Location is on a “first come/first served” basis.
Once you arrive at The Amp (Pompano Amphitheater, 1806 NE 6th Street, Pompano Beach, FL), you must see Vendor Registration FIRST, in order to be assigned your location and receive your vendor parking passes and wristbands. If you require additional vendor wristbands, the cost is $10/per person and can be purchased at check in. However, no personal or business checks will be accepted at check-in. CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY.
